With THAT being said...today was great. Had a fantastic ballet class with Jason Davis who danced at SFB and then had contemporary/rep for 4.5 hours. We did a lot of floor work and learned part of Pedro Dias' "Through the Mouth of Your Eyes". SO great. Loved seeing some familiar faces that I haven't seen in a while as well as watching other kids my age from all over the country. It's refreshing and inspiring to get out of the Chicago bubble even though you all know how much I love it.
I also feel it is necessary to spread the word about the amazing bar that managed to get me through the entire day: Pro Bar . Highly recommended! Since we got one 15 minute break all day and this is what managed to keep me going and it was yummy too.
Ummmmmmmmm, Portland is rainy. And I love it. My Hunter boots are keeping me dry.
One last thing. I am so proud of myself because I made it home from the studios taking the MAX and transferring from the yellow line to the red line and doing all of that for free. It's amazing that you don't have to pay for the light rail here if you stay within certain zones. The zones are huge too!
Had dinner with a great great friend tonight. I had the best ceviche ever and instead of chips they give you sliced cucumbers with cayenne and lemon sprinkled on them. So freaking good.
It's that time. Good night world!
